The NexWatch is a 4G GPS-enabled smartwatch designed to help people stay independent, safe, and connected. It includes fall detection, SOS alerts, medication reminders, and geo-fencing — all in a stylish, easy-to-wear smartwatch.

If a fall is detected, the watch automatically calls the control centre. If you’re unable to respond, your nominated keyholders (family, friends, or carers) will be contacted.

Yes — it uses a UK roaming SIM, so it works anywhere with signal.

Both the watch and the pendant are water-resistant (IPX7), which means they can be worn in the shower. However, we don’t recommend exposing them to soaps, shampoos, conditioners or lotions, as these can affect the seals over time.We also advise not wearing the device while bathing, swimming, diving, or engaging in other water activities, and to avoid submerging it in chlorinated or salt water. Water resistance can naturally reduce over time as well.

Yes — your keyholders will be contacted by the monitoring team during an emergency.

Yes, medication reminders can be scheduled at specific times if required. Our technical team sets these up remotely, so the wearer doesn’t need to manage anything themselves.

Yes — you can set zones and receive alerts if the wearer enters or leaves the area.

No — everything works through the built-in SIM.

The NexWatch can notify both the wearer and family members: The watch can give a voice prompt. A text message can be sent to keyholders when the battery is low This ensures the watch is always charged and ready to use.

The watch cannot be charged while being worn, but it comes with a simple magnetic charging dock that is easy to connect. There are no fiddly ports or cables, making it straightforward for family members or carers to help with charging.

There isn’t a portal to manage the device directly, but your account allows you to: Update keyholders Manage billing View invoices Any changes to device settings, alerts, reminders, or geo-fencing can be requested, and our technical team updates everything remotely.
